Shipping Process

We are committed to working to get your order to you as fast as possible. Once you place your order, you'll promptly receive an order confirmation by email indicating that we've received your order. Ready to ship items are processed and shipped within 2 business days after your purchase.

Although we generally ship within 2 business days of receiving your order. there may be variations in processing times due to seasonal order volumes. We prioritized expedited shipping, and generally ship by the next day.  Rest assured, we'll send you tracking details within 24 hours of your order being shipped to the email address provided during checkout.

Returns Process

Checking your items upon receipt is crucial. If you spot any damage, please get in touch with us right away. We will assist you in filing an insurance claim and replacing the item.

We offer a replacement product or a full refund for any damaged or defective items upon receiving a photo or video displaying the issue within 30 days of your purchase.

Given the nature of our products, and for safety reasons, we do not accept returns on personal care products.

Will I Be Charged for Customs and Taxes?

You are responsible for any duties and taxes associated with your country. You will be responsible for any import taxes, duties and related customs fees.
